Kawaii Kon is an annual 3 day celebration of Japanese culture, anime, and pop-culture held at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu.

All ages are welcome at the convention! Children under 10 years old get in free with paid Kawaii Kon member. They do require that children under the age of 13 be accompanied by a parent or guardian. They also offer a few adult only events, where entry will require a government issued ID to verify age.

*Attendees who purchased a membership for Kawaii Kon 2020 will have their tickets automatically transferred to this April event. Attendees who cannot attend the new dates will have the option to roll their membership over to 2023.

Kawaii Kon and the Hawaii Convention Center will be following the COVID19 protocols set forth by the Hawaii Safe Travels program. Attendees must be masked at all times, and will need to provide proof of full vaccination or eligible negative COVID19 test. COVID19 protocols may change as official guidance is updated.
